The Gear - symbolizes the stable economy of the barangay and being a business district of the municipality.

The Train/Ferrocarril de Manila-Dagupan - symbolizes the history and the root of establishment of the barangay that was once a station of the Ferrocarril de Manila-Dagupan or the Philippine National Railways today.

Shaking Hands with Crescent with Star and Cross - symbolizes the Christian and Muslim living together in peaceful and harmonious community.

Logo of Paniqui - symbolizes the Municipality of Paniqui where Barangay Estacion is located.

Torchlight - symbolizes education 

Rooster Head - symbolizes one of the major livelihood of the barangay people, cock-breeding and poultry.

Philippine Sun - symbolizes Tarlac as one of the 8 provinces who fight for freedom of our country during the spanish era.

Four Stars - symbolizes the four main sitios of the barangay namely Bugallon, Del Valle, Centro and MH Del Pilar.

1892 - the year when Barangay Estacion was founded as one of the Ferrocarril De Manila-Dagupan Stations in Tarlac Province.
